RJ did a wonderful job listening to the problems with my heating system and was very patient. He took plenty of pictures of my system to remind him of anything unusual back at the office. Sometime different customers request tend to blur.

I feel the technician did the best he could do with the limited parts on his service truck but the boiler went into ignition failure only 3 short hours after he left. For the price of $260 I was hoping for a little better. I called the office but they were already closed and it was a Friday night. I was able to keep my boiler running using an old ignition wire off of an old Evinrude outboard motor. I ordered the correct cable and installed it myself on Tuesday Nov 21. Do you think I should be refunded some of my $260? [I do] Overall I think the service is quick and I appreciate the effort. I will definitely use Hartford & Ratliff again.

Timothy Lutheran Church's boiler returns were leaking under a concrete floor. Hartford & Ratliff provided the lowest quote. Mark Stebbins led the H & R team installing about 150 Ft of new pipe bypassing the leaking returns. The team arrived on time, worked well together, came prepared for the job, and were very professional and thorough in their work.
