I am so impressed with the service I received from Chuck at Hartford & Ratliff Co. Chuck was so polite, knowledgeable, professional and personable. It would be my pleasure to work with him again and refer anyone who asks, to this wonderful company. My pool heater had not been working for the last month. I was on a "wait list" for two weeks with another company. I called them back twice, each time it was another two weeks before anyone could come out. I called Hartford & Ratliff and they came out the NEXT DAY! Wow. Chuck explained everything to my level of understanding. Thank you for helping me heat my pool.

I recently completed a job replacing an ignition module and pilot assembly on a residential steam boiler. The boiler was not producing heat, and the customer was experiencing cold temperatures in their home. After diagnosing the issue, I replaced the ignition module and pilot assembly, which resolved the problem.
